Framework operation description

Durham County Council CYPS are looking to provide an efficient winter service by the use of salting, ploughing and snow clearance contractors who can be called upon in times of winter weather to carry out salting, ploughing and snow clearance operations on designated sites, including non-adopted roads, car park areas, footpaths, steps, ramps and building entrances.
