FM Estimator, Newcastle

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Car or Car Allowance
Permanent, Fixed Term Contract or Long Term Freelance considered

Our client is looking for an experienced FM Estimator to join their team in Newcastle, supporting the preparation of competitive, accurate and compliant tenders across a range of Facilities Management contracts.

They are flexible on employment type and will consider candidates looking for a permanent position, fixed term contract or long term freelance opportunity.

The Role

Working closely with operational, commercial and bid teams, you'll develop accurate and competitive pricing solutions for FM tenders.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing cost estimates and pricing for FM tenders

Reviewing tender documentation, specifications and scopes of work

Developing pricing models across FM services

Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations

Identifying commercial risks, opportunities and assumptions

Working with internal teams to develop competitive solutions

Ensuring pricing meets tender requirements and industry standards

Supporting bids through clarification and negotiation stages

About You

You'll ideally have previous estimating or commercial experience within Facilities Management, with strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of FM service delivery and pricing.

Experience across hard services, soft services or Total FM would be beneficial.
